Painted Glazed Victorian Mitered Flat Panel

This particular example is a Victorian Rail style frame with a flat center panel and a glazed white painted finish. It has has mitered corners which simply means that it has been cut and assembled with a 45 degree joint at all four corners. The glaze is sprayed on and wiped off the surfaces so that the glaze remains in the corners and edges. This is what gives the cabinets an antique look.
